Standard Service Plans: - 5 hours support time per month - Once a month we visit to perform a checkup of your systems, good for small offices with 2-10 users. Hours can also be used for phone support throughout the month, during regular business hours.
- 5 hours support time each week - A half-day weekly visit for busier environments, ideal for offices with 10-25 users. This package includes free phone support during regular business hours on weekdays, as well as daily remote server monitoring.
- 1 day of support each week - We spend one day every week in your office , best suited for 25-75 users. Free 24/7 phone support is included with this plan, as is our daily server monitoring service.
